Content
The test will assess your knowledge and skills relating to:
- all the material we have studied in the first five weeks of the course,
listed in the Calendar
- the first ten topics listed on the Objectives
page (up to and including Word Processing II)
- knowledge of Information Systems topics discussed in class
The test will NOT assess:
- material we will study in Week 6 and later
- knowledge of Information Systems topics which were NOT discussed
in class
How to Study
- Re-read all course materials on the course
website
- Re-do any course exercises you did not
completely understand
- Read materials the instructor has made available in the library and photocopy
centre
- Understand and know how to perform topics listed in the course objectives
- Read books in the library to increase your depth
of knowledge and understanding
- Practice use the computer for completing assignments in other courses and
personal work to further develop your computer skills ("learn by doing")
